The website may not be used by individuals under the age of 18 unless supervised and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.

All content on the website – including the logo, designs, text, images, and the “Pluma Store” brand – is our exclusive property or is licensed to us, and is protected under applicable Kuwaiti intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to browse the content for personal use only. Copying, republishing, or commercially exploiting any content from the website without our prior written consent is prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing inaccurate information.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the colours, specifications, and details of our products; however, colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to device display settings.

All products are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or change its price at any time without prior notice.

  1. Orders and Payment

We accept the following payment methods via our payment gateway, UPayments:

  • Visa and Mastercard
  • K-NET
  • Apple Pay – Samsung Pay

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and may include VAT or other applicable charges where required.

By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after payment has been received, and to refuse or cancel any order suspected of being placed for wholesale resale purposes without prior coordination with us.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Orders within Kuwait (and GCC countries where service is available) are shipped through our logistics partner, Posta Plus.

Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by region and are not guaranteed in cases beyond our control, such as delays in international shipments or customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout.

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at inq@plumastore.com or through our social media accounts, along with photos showing the condition of the product.

We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your report to assess the issue and arrange an exchange or refund, subject to product availability.

Returns will not be accepted for used items or items with removed original packaging, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

As a user of the website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to the website’s systems or data.
  • Use automated tools (bots) to scrape data or place fraudulent orders.
